Lis Wihl (born on 19 August 1961) was an American lawyer and author who was employed by Fox News.
She is an adjunct professor of law of law at New York Law School. Before that she was an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She has provided legal commentary for National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She was a regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly, The Kelly File with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl is she is a Yakima resident who graduated from West Valley High School. She received a bachelor's degree from Barnard College in 1983, an MA in Arts in Literature from the University of Queensland in 1985 and then the Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl served as prosecutor at the US Attorney's office. She worked as the legal correspondent on NPR All Things Considered. She was "the deputy chief investigative counsel for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." She served as a professor of law and tenure on the University of Washington School of Law Seattle between 1995 and 2001. Wiehl has worked as a Fox News analyst since 2001.
