Sharp was born at home in Rochester (New York) and immersed herself in the world of music. While at the Hochstein School of Music, she took classes in cello, clarinet as well as piano. Sharp's love for theatre at school inspired her to enroll at The Boston Conservatory, where she received a scholarship. After graduating Cum Laude with a B.F.A. Sharp determined to pursue a career in theatre after graduating Cum Laude with a B.F.A. Sharp played in the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp's other theatre appearances include Abyssinia and Aida. Sharp also has other projects in the works, in addition to the projects for stage and screen. She continues to sing, and is currently working on a full-length album currently in the process of being recorded. Sharp she is frequently on camera, behind it as well as in the studio, is a fitness enthusiast. Sharp studies Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, walk and go on a lengthy road trips. Sharp lives with her family in Los Angeles.
